PermaGreen Landscapes was founded in 1981 as a full service landscape design, construction and maintenance company.

In 2015, GroundsCare, Inc. took over operations of PermaGreen Landscape. PermaGreen became a division of GroundsCare, Inc., and all landscaping now functions under the GroundsCare Landscape banner. All maintenance operations function under GroundsCare, Inc. This new partnership adds strength and expertise to an already strong line of services. With over 50 years of combined services to our customers, we are able to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
